KittingWe pack, repack and assemble sets, multipacks and promotional goods, manually and semi-automated. Typical ranges include food supplements, cosmetics, personal care and non-food. Every order follows a fixed work instruction and is documented batch-accurately.
LabellingOn our own labelling line we mark bottles, cans, folding cartons and special shapes. We apply primary, secondary and country labels, including re-labelling of existing marking. Small batches and sensitive items are labelled by hand.
SleevingSleeves and bands as an alternative to full shrink wrapping. We bundle promotional goods, secure sets against mix-ups and apply your design all around the product. Shrinking is controlled so labels and closures stay undamaged.
CodingWe apply batch numbers, best-before dates, serial and data matrix codes directly onto the product and outer packaging by inkjet or laser. Coding is GS1 compliant and checked in process. This keeps every unit traceable down to the batch.
AssemblyWe assemble components, accessories and sales units as your extended workbench. This includes pre-assembly, combining multiple components and adding accessories or inserts. Work steps and quantities are logged per order.
ReturnsWe receive returns, inspect them against your criteria and decide on re-stocking, refurbishment or rejection. Sellable goods are repacked and relabelled. You receive the evaluated results back, including return reasons.
Quality assuranceWe inspect goods in, ongoing production and final packaging by sample or full check. Checks are made against defined criteria such as quantity, labelling, damage and completeness. Deviations are documented and reported to you immediately.
Display constructionWe build retail displays and promotional stands and fill them with your goods. This includes assembling promotional assortments and display-ready kitting for retail. Displays are packed transport-safe and delivered store-ready.
